2. Products & Availability
We endeavour to ensure all product descriptions, photography, pricing, sizing information, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
Product colours and finishes may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, and manufacturing variations.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to withdraw, discontinue, or amend products without notice.
3. Pricing
All prices shown on the website are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where a pricing error has occurred.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
- payment cannot be authorised
- stock is unavailable
- pricing errors occur
- fraudulent activity is suspected
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
5. Payment
Payment must be received in full before goods are despatched.
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely.
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Antonio Pacelli cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by:
- carriers
- customs
- adverse weather
- industrial action
- events outside our reasonable control
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges.

7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and non-returnable items.
For hygiene reasons, certain items including earrings, wigs, and leotards may not be returnable unless faulty.
Customised, made-to-order, and show shoes may be excluded from return.
Returned items must be:
- unworn
- unused
- in original packaging
- in resaleable condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
8. Faulty Items
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us before returning the item.
We may request photographs or further information to assess the issue before authorising a return.
Items damaged through:
- misuse
- excessive wear
- improper fitting
- accidental damage
- unauthorised repair or modification
may not be considered faulty.
Normal wear items including tips, heels, laces, buckles, and insoles are not guaranteed against wear through normal use.
9. Product Care & Alterations
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are fitted, used, and cared for correctly.
Any repairs, alterations, stretching, or customisations carried out by third parties may invalidate any product warranty or return eligibility.
10. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:
- logos
- photography
- graphics
- product descriptions
- branding
- website design
remains the property of Antonio Pacelli and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Antonio Pacelli shall not be liable for:

- loss of profit
- delays outside our reasonable control
- customs delays or charges
- incompatibility caused by third-party alterations or misuse
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied.
