2. Send Your Shoes
Print your order confirmation and include it inside your parcel. If you do not have access to a printer, simply include your order number clearly inside the package.

3. We Repair & Return Your Shoes
Once your repair has been completed, we will return your shoes using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Key Information
- Typical turnaround time: 5–10 working days from receipt of your shoes
- Return shipping is charged at checkout
- We currently repair Antonio Pacelli, Rutherfords, Feis Fayre and Fay jig shoes only
- International customers should clearly mark parcels “Returning to Manufacturer” to help avoid customs charges and delays
