Customs & Duties

• Customs fees vary by country (VAT, duty, clearance fee).

• Customs clearance normally takes a few days but can take weeks in busy times or with strikes/backlogs.

• If charges are refused, the parcel will be returned to us after 14–21 days and refunded minus postage and a £10 admin fee.
