Where is my Tracking Number?

You can find your tracking number on the bottom of your delivery note. The delivery note is sent as a PDF attachment via email on the afternoon that we despatch your parcel.

If you have an Antonio Pacelli log in you can also get your tracking number by logging into your account and viewing your orders.
