Using your loyalty points for a gift voucher

You are not able to use loyalty points to part pay an order our current system. You need to have enough loyalty points in your account to cover the complete cost of your purchase.

If you do not have enough loyalty points available to cover your complete purchase but would still like to use some of  your points, then you can purchase a gift voucher with them (we have multiple values available) and then use the gift voucher to contribute towards the cost of your purchase. 

What happens when I send someone a gift voucher?

When you purchase a gift voucher the person you are sending it to will receive an email with your personalised message and instructions on how to use the gift voucher.

What happens if an email is not received with this information?

Please check your SPAM folder. If you still do not have the email then please contact us and we can forward you the information that you need.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

You can redeem your voucher by going to this page and entering (or copying and pasting) your gift voucher code.

Do I need to use all of the gift voucher in one purchase?

No, you can use it over multiple purchases. You do not have to spend all of the gift voucher in a single visit.

You can use the balance left on your gift voucher any time you want. Just click on the above link (or the link in the gift certificate email) when you are ready to make another purchase and re-enter the gift certificate code. This will tell you the remaining balance and you can use this at checkout.

What if my gift certificate isn't enough to cover my purchase?

If the certificate is not enough to cover your entire purchase, you can still use the gift certificate and pay the balance with a credit or debit card.

Can I use the gift voucher for Antonio Pacelli purchases from other vendors or websites which sell your products?

Unfortunately the gift voucher is only valid for purchases from the Antonio Pacelli website.

Can I redeem my gift certificate for cash?

No, the gift certificate would need to be used on the Antonio Pacelli website.
