How to use your Credits

What are credits and how do I get them?

If you are a signed up member of Antonio Pacelli you will receive credits for every order you make through the site. These credits can then be used to pay for future purchases.

You will receive 5 credits for every £1 spent. Please note that the spent total used to calculate your credits does not include VAT or delivery charges. Each credit is equivalent to 1p.

We will also be offering double credits weekends throughout the year so don't forget to read our regular newsletters to find out about them.

How do I check how many credits  I have?

You can check your credits balance at any time by clicking on the Account tab in the green bar at the top of the page.

How do I use my credits to pay for a purchase?

You must be logged into your account during the checkout process to use any credits you have on your account.

If you have enough credits to pay for a purchase then you will be notified of this during the checkout process and invited to use these instead of a credit or debit card. You can then choose whether to use your credits or pay via credit card.

Please note that you must have enough credits to pay for the complete purchase. You are not able to use credits to contribute towards a payment, any credits held must cover the complete order.

If you do not have enough credits to pay for the complete purchase then you will not be given the option during checkout of using your credits.

I had some credits on your old website. What happens to those?

We have been on the new version of the website for over 5 years and we are no longer able to transfer credits from our old website.  If you haven't transferred yours during this time then I am afraid they are gone!
