I do agree with the ruling. It seems lately that makeup has gotten a little out of hand at competitions, and little girls tend to over do it. I have always thought natural beauty is best.

My little girl absolutely loves her Irish dancing shoes, they are perfect and the fact they come from near her granny and we live in Australia amazes her.
