We have introduced a new customer satisfaction survey as part of our commitment to continually improve the service we offer you .
We will be sending it out monthly to every customer who has purchased from us.
We have just finished our first survey and wanted to share the results with you.
We are delighted to let you know that every customer who visited our new Pacelli shop will be definitely making a return visit.
So if you haven't visited us yet we encourage you to come along and see why other dancers had such a wonderful experience with us! We are based in Wembley, North London which is about 20 minutes from Central London on the Jubilee or Metropolitan lines.
You also gave our products a big thumbs up! 94% of customers were delighted with their purchase when they receive it and the speed of delivery was mentioned by many of you as outstanding. Our warehouse aims to send out orders on the day we receive them where-ever possible so it is good to see that reflected in your feedback.
Many of you contacted our customer service team for advice or guidance on your purchase and we are pleased to say 93% found them helpful and friendly.
However, we will not be resting on our laurels as we want to ensure every customer has an amazing experience with us and there is always room for improvement!
We know some of you had issues with sizing and getting the correct fit and we will be working on that this summer with new sizing guides and advice pages. We will also be contacting any customers who had particular issues to see if we can help resolve those.
